Job Description
This position will be a strong contributor to the region’s overall strategy, and will be able to work closely with Regional Head, Sector Champion, AOE Head and the entire Regional Research Team to be specifically responsible / accountable for:
(a) Ensuring that consistently high quality research is expertly executed and presented in a synthesized and insightful manner, and,
(b) Ensuring the most efficient allocation and movement of RM resources to support the region's work.
Provides Leadership and consultancy to research, account teams and clients and identifies and enables / facilitates AE to close on new opportunities for business.
Works in partnership with the Regional Head and Client Team Leaders on design & methodology for complex, high profile studies and is the point of contact for key clients.
Required Skills
* Lead resource to AE for design and methodology for complex/high profile studies.
* Establishes and maintains client relationships at the senior levels.
* Accountable for methodological recommendations from team for all studies
* Actively participates in cross-functional client business issues/initiatives.
* Proactively assists in the sales process and the identification of new revenue opportunities within client base as well as new business.
* Guides and works closely with VP's and Research Teams to ensure that research delivered to clients is expertly designed and executed and that report is well written and highly insightful and actionable.
* Leads staff development efforts for the region and identifies collaborates with Research Management and Project Management Leadership nationally to identify and implement best practices.
Required Experience
* Minimum of 15 years of experience in a marketing analytics environment preferably on the supplier side of marketing mix analysis or marketing research
* Bachelors degree in marketing, statistics, economics, operations research or marketing sciences; advanced degree desirable.
* Advanced Microsoft Office
* Excellent written and oral communications
* Previous management experience
* Advanced SPSS and/or SAS
