Detailed Description E*TRADE Corporate Services provides companies with equity administration solutions, and employees of those companies with financial services for their equity compensation holdings and general financial needs. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for communicating E*TRADE’s full range of services to stock plan participants and other employees of E*TRADE Corporate Services’ clients. This role is focused on developing marketing programs, messaging and positioning to increase penetration of E*TRADE’s consumer offerings through this distinct corporate channel. This position will work closely with the Marketing Director to develop and deliver strategic initiatives resulting in greater participant activity. Description: - Create and implement exceptional strategic marketing programs to focus on all aspects of participant acquisition, development, cross-sell and retention including broker selection, account activation and account funding/usage. - Elevate awareness and compel customers to utilize E*TRADE’s products and services. - Work in close partnership with retail relationship management on targeting and engagement strategies - Develop strategies to increase client buy-in on participant marketing - Evaluate success of consumer initiatives and adjust future plans accordingly. - Work with other team members to ensure consistency and optimization of positioning, branding, product/service messages in all consumer communications. - Channels of communication include direct mail, email, website, seminars and events. Job Requirements Qualifications: - 5+ years experience of concentrated experience and proven results in Consumer Marketing of retail financial products/services. B2B or Financial Services experience a plus. Enterprise software, web-based applications and/or online services background nice to have. - Experience developing, delivering and tracking outbound direct marketing, online marketing or database marketing initiatives - Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills - Experience working on multiple consumer and/or financial products and services - Experience creating and implementing marketing plans - Demonstrated ability to contribute strategic level thinking and implement timely plans - Motivated self-starter with good interpersonal skills who enjoys working with a team - Detail-oriented individual with excellent time management and organizational skills - Energy and enthusiasm - Bachelors and/or Masters in Marketing, Business, or Quantitative subject
