Associate Creative Director

We are looking for an Associate Creative Director to join our team who can creatively set the bar for the department and help guide the rest of the creatives on the team. In addition to being an awesome creative you must be able to juggle multiple projects, self-motivated, killer creative vision and be completely fascinated by all things digitally.

VML New York has an opening for an Associate Creative Director to join our team. The ideal applicant would have:
- Seven-plus years of advertising experience in an agency setting, digital and/or traditional
- Must possess a strong command of the digital space with great concepts, practices, procedures and technologies
- Experience working on large cross-channel projects in a variety of media
- Knowledge of website development in Flash and other technologies is a huge plus and makes us very happy
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Strong interpersonal and client presentation skills are absolutely necessary
- Must be able to leverage online ideas and technologies with an eye to integrate a big idea through multiple mediums
- Ability to lead by example and mentor younger creatives in their development
- The ultimate responsibility is to ensure that the final product meets the strategic communications objectives
- Must be dependable, detail-oriented, able to work both autonomously and as part of a team, and possess the ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
