Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Vice President, Human Resources for the Pacific Mountain Affiliate, based in Seattle Washington and covering a 9 state territory. We are seeking a professional with broad knowledge and experience to provide Human Resources leadership. The HR SVP will be a key member of the management team and will have overall responsibility for planning and managing HR operations. Will oversee the policies and practices concerning employment, compensation, performance management, benefits, training, employee recognition, and employee relations. In addition will support the Association competency models to identify competency, knowledge and talent gaps and develop specific programs for filling of the gaps. Will collaborate and participate with Human Resources Vice Presidents association wide to develop and improve human resources policies and practices used throughout the Association. Experience: Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, a minimum of 5 years broad-based HR experience, 2 of which must be a the management level. Must have superior oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to provide vision and leadership. Must also have knowledge of Microsoft applications and HRIS experience preferred. Position includes travel.
